I’m an English guy living in Oslo and wondering where is the best place to go to meet women. I don’t know that many people here so I’d love some recommendations. I’m looking for a girlfriend not a hook up so any advice would be welcome!

Haha! Well, as a woman who lived in Oslo, I’d have to say the University campus… the bars have a lot of young people. Chateau Neuf, and any of the faculty bars. Also try the Nasjonalmuseet – it’s free and also has a lot of young people!
