I have been in Portland for 2 years now but not able to meet young pretty women. Where can I meet them?Dont give me the ” go to pubs and dating events”. No that doesnot work and never works.

They are everywhere, not just somewhere. Go shopping in upscale grocery stores, especially the produce and deli sections. Browse casually in Nordstrom’s, Macy’s, upscale chocolate shops like Moonstruck and Verdun. In these environments you can easily ask women for their opinions on items because “you look like my friend’s …size” or “…hair color” or “…complexion”.
On a completely different tactic, go on a cruise. Women love cruises because they believe it to be a controlled environment, and men don’t seek such experiences so much. The first time I did it, I couldn’t believe the ratio of men to women was less than 1 to 4. The women had their uptightness turned down and were letting loose.

Look at yourself for the problem. There are some people who scare the women, as they do the birds. Sounds like an attitude probem!
